ACCESSIBILITY STANDARD FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Milli is committed to providing services to those people with disabilities who wish to access our store. It is the responsibility of each person who works in the company to assist and ensure easy access.
Assistive devices. While we do not offer any specific devices in our locations, we will ensure each visitor has ease of access to our merchandise and services. If assistance is requested by a disabled visitor, please familiarize yourself with their device with information provided by the user and provide necessary assistance ensuring respect and dignity for the person requesting assistance.
Communication. Ensure that all communications with the individual(s) is done with respect and compassion thereby providing the person(s) with the utmost dignity.
Service Animals. Service animals are allowed on our premises and are welcomed and accommodated.
Support Persons. A person accompanying a disabled person may visit along with their client. They are to be treated with the same level of respect as any visitor.
