Fit and Jump – Started by two sisters, Fit and Jump is an exciting new exercise class done on trampolines. We know this sounds more like play time than an intense workout but each session strengthens your muscles. The workout consists of two key elements: jumping for cardio all while achieving full body conditioning and strengthening.
BOLO – The newest gym to hit the Toronto fitness circuit. The studio stimulates the body and mind in different ways by offering a multitude of different classes such as traditional boxing, yoga, bootcamp, strength classes and low impact classes. The studio also offers an in house salon and a coffee shop!
Underground Dance – Looking to get your groove on? This dance studio is in the heart of Toronto offering a variety of classes: group, private, drop in, and workshops. Some specialty classes range from Beyonce boot camp to a Britney Spears beginner class!
One Academy – Voted as one of the best speciality gyms by blogTO, One Academy offers a wide range of intense activities like sprint training and muscle building. The studio will have you whipped into shape in no time. If you’re a workout enthusiast this is the spot for you!
F45 – For the person thats always on the move, F45 offers high-intensity 45 minute classes, perfect for getting your workout in before or after a crazy day. With a multitude of studios around the city check out their site to find the one closest to you!
Mindset Brain Gym – Featured in ELLE Canada, National Post, Globe and Mail, and Toronto Life, Mindset Brain Gym is not your typical physical workout. If the name doesn’t give it away, the studio offers meditation for individuals to take control of their stress and to help them focus. Heathy mind, healthy body.
OHSO – This is one of our favourite studios in the city! The unconventional gym operates on mindful movement with a focus on instilling a healthy long relationship within one’s body through exercise and nutrition. The studio offers personalized nutrition coaches to help you reach both your mental and physical goals! Come check them out in February for the second annual Girls Night In.
