Nothing can put you in the mood for the holidays more than the Toronto Christmas Market . A tradition for many, this market is modelled after European Christmas markets that have been in existence since the 1400s. Food, lights, music, gifts – its all there!

 

Skating at Union Station

Union Station is getting festive this season! And the highlight is the free skating rink right in front! Open daily, the rink is half the size of an NHL ice rink, skate rentals are free, and many nights there is even a live DJ.

Talk about classic with a twist – The Toronto Symphony Orchestra is screening Home Alone accompanied by the orchestra. Perhaps this is a good way to introduce the younger set to the TSO! Of course, they also have a whole line up of festive concerts over the holiday season.
